We care
about your gardening success. We
do this by happily replacing or exchanging any plant during the first 30 days
after it was bought.
Sometimes plants
just die and we may never know the reason why but that is no excuse for you not
to enjoy the beauty of the plants you have bought. Just bring the dead plant back along with
your receipt (no receipt needed if you are a loyalty customer) and we will happily
replace it trying to give you more hot tips on how to take care of it.
Feel free
to exchange plants also if they are just not fitting in where you would like
them.
If we do
not have the plants you would like we will issue store credit.
We also have a 2 year guarantee at our main location for loyalty customers on perennial plants, trees, and shrubs hardy to minus 25 below if on the same receipt enough mulch or soil amendments & rooting enhancing compound & soil moisture crystals are purchased to take care of these plants. If any of these plants you purchased die within this period of time we will reimburse you for what you paid for the plant. See an associate for details.
